I think we all agree that 2020 has been a tough year! Even the most sound of mind have likely struggled with their mental health at some point during this year.

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. In fact your physical and mental well being absolutely impact each other. I encourage everyone to check in with how they are doing and don’t hesitate to take steps to improve your mental health.
